in 1997 i was tried and convicted of a felont DWI. I completed my trearment program part of my probation, and paid my fines. but in the last part of my probation i was violated, and sentenced to serve another 5 yrs. i complete that probation and since have been released from probation. i have been a law abiding citizen since, can i get and espungement?

DUI's are misdemeanors. At least most are. Why would an attorney only handle some small aspect of criminal law. Don't "top notch" criminal attorneys do felonies and other more serious types of crime as well? If a guy had been doing DUI's only for 20+ years should I be worried that this is an attorney stuck in the minor leagues?? I'm looking at attorneys for my DUI in Room 402 Downtown.

I have a petition to revoke my DUI court supervision. I done everything I was supposed to do except pay my fine. I haven't worked in 2 years and haven't been able to find employment due to my background ( I almost had a job yesterday but the employer wanted people with a clean record)I need to avoid a conviction because I caught the DUI on somebody's insurance and they can't afford to pay more for insurance or afford to get their insurance cancelled and I don't don't want them to suffer because of me . No. you cannot be jailed if supervision is the sentence. Instead of that ask the judge to let you perform community service.

You are confusing suspension and revocation. A revocation is worse because then you have to have a hearing with the SOS....
