The case opened 4 years ago when I was a resident of MA with a MA drivers license, I have since moved (2 years ago) to Maine where I now hold a ME drivers license and have not had any marks on that record. I was arrested for DUI over 20 years ago. I put 'no' on an appication for a job here (stupidly, but I really didn't think i had been 'convicted' of a crime). They fingerprinted me, and nothing showed up. Now, I'm applying for another job which asks the same questions and requires fingerprinting. I am living in terror and don't know what to do.
