I received a "Zero Tolerance" when I was 18 in Michigan and then when I was 19 I received an Operating While Intoxicated. I was sentenced with an Operating While Intoxicated first offence. My lisence got suspeneded May 5th 2012, and they said I couldn't apply for it till May 5th 2013. I would like to move to North Dakota and work for a few months in spring and summer between school years. Is there anyway I could go to North Dakota and apply or get my lisence back there? How does getting my lisence back work? I have all my responsibility fee's and such paid. Is there any state I can go to and get my lisence back quicker? Please and Thank You!!

i was out with the guys last night, about one oclock i got pulled over for a tail light out, when when the officer approched me, he said the car reaked of alcohol, so he pulled me out and gave me a the test, walk a line, say the alphabet, but then he wanted to give me a pbt witch i said no to. they searched my car, witch i had just got that day, and found one of my buddys un opened beers. i got a ticket for my tail light, and refusing the pbt. i have been on probation for a long time now, i was wondering how this will effect my probation and my licence. thank you.
Your probation depends on your probation officer.

I got a DUI and recently got a motion in the mail. I thought my probation period didn't end until March and had financial issues. Upoin recieving the notice I immediately enrolled myself in an AA program (11 weeks left), took the Crime Victims Panel class, and paid off the rest of the amount owed. When I have my hearing I will be 3 weeks into the class and the other two violations will be taken care of. I have also started doing community service at my own volition. Will they see that I am taking action (although at the last minute), and take into account that I am a full-time employee as a lab technition going to school part-time. Or will they give me jail time?
