My son got charged with a DUI awhile ago. The case was Nolle Prosequi, however the charge is still on his record. He just finished his masters degree and is interviewing for positions now. His record needs to be expunged immediately ( 2 weeks maximum). As a parent whose invested so much ($100k +) in tuition over the past 6 years, I would hate to see a great career opportunity pass by due my childs record not being expunged. Every lawyer we talk to says 90 to 120 days. That is totally unacceptable! Just tell us how much it is going to cost? Are there any SUPER lawyers out there that can get the job done, if so please give me a rate/quote? Kindest Regards,

Will I need to attend court after receiving, completing, and submitting a reinstatement package? Or will the MVA review the package and send me a letter of approval or denial? I need to know if I need legal representation after submitting the reinstatement package or if it will simply undergo review and an answer will be provided. Thank you.

I've been on a low-level of supervised status for years. i've completed all of my requirements, paid my fees off very early and I haven't violated once. So, what happens now? Do I just go see my Monitor and get discharge papers? What if they don't process the paperwork required? Does anything official happen to let me know that I am no longer on probation?

I never thought about it at the time, but am I allowed to drive the car to get an oil change. I stop for gas, but I guess this must be ok, but am not really sure. The judge said I can drive to work and for work purposes and alcohol education. I know I can also drive to medical appointments, so is car maintenence also included? Not sure what to do with oil changes (should only need one), the emissions inspection, or if there is a repair. Is there a place to check? I couldn't find anything?
