He received an article 15 about a month ago for a situation that was handled badly but was not entirely his fault. Now he just received a DUI the police man said for him to take the alcohol class and that the DUI would go away. They also took his licence. My question is is it likely that he will get discharged and what are some of the steps we can take to help his situation to prevent this?

I want to transfer my first offense DUI from the county that I got arrested to the county I live in? Both counties are in the same city and state!

I got a DUI in Nebraska 2 years ago, my license was suspended for almost a year, but I have had it back now for over a year. I don't know if I ever paid my reinstatement fee in NE. I still have my Iowa license so I figured that I am valid, but if I get pulled over will it show that I am valid? If so, only in Iowa?

I haven't met with my probation officer yet. I have to pay $5/test for a total of 6 tests. I would like to know if they will do the ETG test or just a breathalyzer? Also, will I have to sign up for the "color" drug test thing where I have to call in every morning?
Not likely to have to do a color. Just be prepared to test.
I got a DUI in June of this year 2012 and have not been to Court yet. I do not go to court until November 14th of 2012. I had the interlock device installed 15 days after my arrest so, around June 20th of this year. I have blown warn and actually have been locked out of my device many of times do to mouth wash / toothpaste. This only occurs in the morning. My question is, since I am not on probation yet, is their anything I should do once the court sentences me to probation? Or am I an any trouble for blowing warnings/violates?
The failures should have no impact until your own probation, after that it becomes a problem since the probation dept....
I dinged something irrelevant. There were no witnesses and it was a very minor ding, essentially I could easily have not reported this . Need to really impress upon whoever reads this, it was barely noticeable and of little consequence. Anyway, being an honest idiot I reported it. Other drivers have significant accidents all the time and there are no consequences, this was my first accident in 6 years, I have perfect employee record for the most part. The new manager demoted me on the spot, drug tested me on the spot. I was told I tested Positive for THC and was fired about a month later, there is a lot that isn't making sense. There wasn't a confirmation test, privacy has been violated, discriminatory treatment, want reinstatement of my job. Don't answer NE is AT WILL State
