The Cecil County Sheriff's Department in Maryland says 46-year-old Henry Eric Hamilton of Elkton was arrested Tuesday in Bear, Delaware. Deputies tell The News Journal of Wilmington that Hamilton was arrested after authorities received a tip on his whereabouts. Comment?

A Bel Air man has been charged in a murder at his father's home in Elkton, according to the Cecil County Sheriff's Office , which reported Monday afternoon that the father-also suspected in the homicide-has not been located. Hank William Hamilton, 23, of the 1100 block of Royston Place in Bel Air, has been charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and armed robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and use of a firearm to commit a felony in connection with the death of a Delaware man. The Bel Air Police Department is asking for help identifying two suspects in a theft at a gas station earlier this week. At approximately 11 a.m. on Monday, a woman distracted the cashier at the Exxon station at 600 West MacPhail Road while a man took cash from the office, according to a report from the Bel Air Police Department.
