I was pulled over for failure to maintain lane at 4:30AM on my birthday (Friday, May 10th) after having waited a couple hours to leave my friend's. I was certain I was ok to drive because I drank very little and much time had passed. I was questioned, and I later agreed to take the breath test at the station believing cooperation would help in the long run. I was not told how I did on the FSTs. I blew a .087 (pretty low, yet high for the amount I drank) and booked at around 5AM. I stayed in jail all of that day and released on bond Saturday afternoon about 33+ hours later. Could there have been a mistake on the breathalyzer? I did vomit before I left because of food poisoning, and I was told that could've affected the reading.

I was drunk, in the backseat. The driver told me (and the passenger) he had a sus. license and I just said, "Switch seats with me!" Because I was drunk and I try to do nice things like that. The officer asked to see my liscense and I went to the trunk to get them. While at the back of my car he asked had I been drinking and I answered yes but answered I did not know how long my last drink had been. He asked me to do a breath test and I did. I blew in it three different times. On the third time he said we have to do this another way.He asked me to perform sobriety tests. I followed his finger and walked on a straight line front and backwards, then he gave me the hold your leg up for 123 mississippi test where your foot could not touch the ground. After this test he arrested me. I did not refuse a breath test even though he noted this on the incident report nor did I get put on a machine once I made it to the jail. He also noted on the citation I was administered a test.

My bf was on probation with an ankle monitor. After testing positiv for marij he left the office took off the bracelet. He said he panicked becaus the po told him that he would revoke his bond. After 2 days he turned himself in. He is now charged with a probation violation misdemeanor and a felony for the monitor. The bond did not get revoked however in fact he has a bond for the misdemeanor but not for the felony. What does usually happen in such cases considering that he turned himself in?
