State police have arrested an Ohio man in the shooting death of his partner in an illegal western Pennsylvania marijuana growing operation. Police say the 26-year-old from Ashtabula, Ohio, fatally shot Joseph Pagley III in the head on Dec. 28 at Pagley's home in Neshannock Township. Comment?

An Ashtabula Ohio man will spend the rest of his life at a behavioral health care facility after he was found innocent by reason of insanity for shooting his father to death. 30 year old Reshad Riddle appeared before Ashtabula County Judge Ronald Vettel earlier today. Comment?
