I was convicted of DUI in 2009. I completed Victims Panel, ADIS, Alchol/Drug Eval, paid all fines, and put on 5 yrs probation (unsupervised) Since its unsupervised and i owe nothing to the court or probation and not had to deal with them, i forgot all about being on probation. I recently got stopped and looking at Neg Driving 1 in a different county. Snohomish hasnt contacted me at all about a violation. What should i do and what am i looking at for this violation?

Combat vet permanently disabled and severely depressed (exhausted, in pain, lost the will to live) argues with friend and leaves home (fight or flight). Friend calls 911. Vet drives one mile and parks on quiet street. Attempts suicide by taking VA prescribed drugs. Police arrive at home. Get description of car. Vet is found parked and taken to county ER / mental care unit. Held 4 days then trans to VA. DUI issued 9 mos later. ER report indicates police reported # pills taken and that they had to force vet off road (yet police tell friend vet was found slumped over wheel). Warrant was issued to hosp w/o privacy caution. Hosp gives PD all medical records, notes, bulk of which are mental health records. Arraignment pending.

A disabled combat veteran suffering from severe PTSD and major bipolar depression has an argument with his wife, threatens suicide and leaves home in his car.
