They sent me paperwork that says that I have to appear in ANY New Hampshire court on April 4th to answer the charge. Does that mean I just walk in to a courthouse and announce that I'm there or do I call first and what is this court date for. I got another letter stating that I lost my license for 6 months and have to turn it in by April 6th. What am I supposed to do next.

But i'm 90% sure i wasn't driving. However, i have no proof, and have no idea what I said to the cops that night. Am i better off pleading guilty and losing my license? Both of my parents are on disability, is there any way I can pay the fine and not lose my license if I DO plead guilty?

I got a dui under age in 2002 and then an under suspension in 04 and did the 30 days for under suspension.That same year I got another operating under suspension but i had court in a different town so the case was froze.(I have to reopen the case.I have never had my license.I have not been in trouble for 7-8 yr.and also wonder if the courts will be light on me for good behavior?Also can the court use my time not driving (the past 7 years) and wave suspended license time? With a herniated disk and roads getting icy , I was pulled over after being followed by a town cop into the next town . Said there were reports of me crossing the line . Being in a small truck at 6'8 " adding to all that it made it difficult to drive causing me to be shifting a lot . I blew a 000 and passed the field sobriety tests . After being asked to do a DRE and Blood test , I kindly told the cop " I have been respectful and compliant to your requests but I am done with this and I choose to stop with this complete non sense . . He told me he still believes I am impaired but not on alcohol and arrested me . I was stunned and angry but kept my calm . This officer has a very bad reputation with harassment and questionable charges . Please help !

been 16 days and the court says the judge still has not reviewed my motion and they cant tell me when he will see it ecause they are busy. Is there a time they have to review motions by? Or anything else I can do? thank you

So the day I got a letter frm NH DMV saying I lost my license due to an unpaid ticket, I got pulled over- from the mailbox! And got driving while suspended. Few months later a dwi,(shouldve fought it) but I'm a young single mom, just me n my young child, I worked in MA and did insulation, the only way I could make ends meet$. Lost my license for Dwi & couldn't get rides to work, so I got pulled over and again arrested for driving under suspension. I've done everything to get my license back for the Dwi but now I have court for the last driving. Now I walk 3miles to work for minimum wage, I am struggling. How can I convince the court I am in hardship and can't have any of what would come of this? I need a license to support my son. I do all I can, but this will ruin me.
