The cop was following me for a good 2-3 blocks. In the police report it says I failed to stay in my lane and made a wide right turn. However, he passed me when I made my turn. Obviously, he did not think he had a probable cause to pull me over at that point right? Then I pull into my driveway and start walking to my house. Only then do I see the cop pull speed up to the house and turn on his lights. He then says "driver I need to talk to you". I failed the field sobriety tests and fail the breathilyzer. Does he have legal justification to arrest my on private property? Is tere any way I can fight this and have a good chance of winning? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Even if blood test results do not come back with any substance or alcohol, don't expect the prosecutor to just dismiss....
First offense. Just curious about my DUI class options.
Once you have counsel, and in OK you will have counsel for a dui, he or she can explain there is not an online option...
Dui 2011 completed all classes and DA supervision probation payments. Got a letter needing to go to court for unpaid fines for 1,600$ and court clerk told me I was not able to make payments until I go to court. Will they make me pay in full or go to jail on court date?
The answer is dependent on why you still owe this much, what you already paid, how long since you paid. I would...
