We haven't signed bill of sale when DUI happened. I was drunk, I admit.
I had liability for my vehicle that was rear-ended and totaled a month ago, but I was not able to show insurance for the vehicle I was operating. However, I just called my friend and he says he has that vehicle and his wife's vehicle insured on same policy.
Regarding registration, Its not my vehicle, and I am not sure why that was cited.
I also received a ticket for driving too fast for conditions, due to heavy rain. However, I was not that fast but I remember as soon as I drove past a car in order to get to shift to right lane and get into exit, I drove a little faster and that happened to be the police car. Next thing I saw was flashing lights and siren.
What do I do now?

They have me a year to pay the fines and 6 months to complete the classes. I did not get done with my classes in time so I did get a extention then my AA teacher miss the day I was done, with her portion, and her assistant told me I was complete and my eval only said I needed 10 hours instead of 22. She looked at the wrong paperwork and I went to court thinking I was complete and they told me I needed 12 more hours. I explained to the states attorney Wht happened and he wrote down tht I would complete the last 12hrs but he said he had to put in to recind supervision because if he didn't they would loose there rights too? I have everything paid all classes done but I still have the hearing to recind the supervision... I am very serious abt this and I kno this is a serious matter
If you have completed all your requiremeents, there is a good chance that the SA will withdraw the petition to revoke...
