I have completed all my requirements for NC, and I am eligible to get my drivers license. I was resident of NC at the time of arrest, but I had not taken the NC drivers license test yet. I fell asleep while pulled over on the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC after nearly two days with no sleep. It took officers a long time to wake me up and i was obviously dazed and confused, i failed all 3 FSTs (walk and turn, 1 leg stand, HGN) but blew a 0.0 and had blood taken that i know will come back negative for any illegal substances, however, they also found synthetic marijuana that i am assuming will be deemed non-controlled and wont be present in my blood.
