i was told any misprint other then the color of the car the case should be dismissed im a trucker and had two dwi back 14 yrs ago i been sober for about 9yrs and some week i fail of the wagon and this happened i since stipped drinking dont ever plan to return to drinking please give me some help i need this case to go away i wasnt driving i was in a parking lot i was arested for suspicous car park i was drunk no doublt about that but to ruing my carreer for that i paked there to sleep after having a fight with my old lady i even told her i was going to stay there the cops watch me leave my home in my car i parked there and proceeded to get drunk and i at some point i passed out to awake getting my ass kicked dont care just need too keep my licence with no DWI HELP PLEASE

My girlfriend and I would like to marry and live together in my place (curently she lives 15 mi. away in a neigboring county). She is on a five-year probation on a felony DWI conviction (since beginning of 2012). She has a stable job and she reports to a probation officer. She has a dislike of the PO and does not want to raise the issue of marriage twwith the PO, and does not want to introduce me to her PO. I have never commited / been convicted of any felony but I am legal alien on a H1B visa working on a professional position (research) . Our relation is longer than 3 yrs but she does not want to inform her PO about me. Can we get married without her informing her PO? Would this have any negative repercautions on her? Would this affect an application for permanent status (GC) for me?

My blood glucose level was 376 when the police got me in to see a nurse. I blacked out and ran in to a tree and totaled my girlfriend's car. I was issued a DUI in CO . but I'm originally from NY . I have been working in CO for 4 months . I want to move back to NY to be by my family , so that I can get help with transportation to and from work . I know no one in CO except my co - workers , so the penalties imposed on me in CO will be difficult to maneuver while still trying to work and go to school at night .
