Organizers are moving forward with plans to establish a free medical clinic in McMinnville.

It is quiet, quiet here on top of the Red Hills overlooking Dundee. Even the wind whispers through the massive oaks - oaks as old, perhaps, as this town that took the name of Dundee in 1882.

   Oregon wine country hit the road this month with the launch of specialty vehicle license plates that will benefit Yamhill County tourism.   The specialty plates, which feature a vineyard scene and the words "wine country," were authorized by the Legislature last year but were first released May 14.
