One man is dead and another injured following an early morning crash. The investigators say the accident happened around 3:30 Sunday morning.

A Woodruff County man was arrested after being accused of beheading a goat and leaving the head on a woman's porch.

"I did see one grower harvesting soybean up past dark on Saturday night trying to beat the oncoming rains," Dave Freeze, Mississippi County Extension staff chair for the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture, said last week before the latest round of record-setting rain.

There is new information in an investigation that started off as a possible police impersonation case.
