Decorah teen killed in Winneshiek County accident
The Iowa State Patrol said Melody Simmonds, 16, was headed south on Highway 52 near Postville, when she went off the road just after 10:00 p.m. Troopers said the SUV went into the ditch and rolled several times, before coming to rest on the driver's side, pinning Simmonds under the vehicle.
