OK so a scumbag knowingly attacks a female cop, hurting her when her head bounces off the concrete, and now wants the investigation notes to aid in his defence? Is this right?

Are you kidding!! How about the offenders head getting banged off of the concrete!!! we'll call it even. We wonder why the jails are full!! It's called plea bargaining! Stop that and time off for good behavior, watch the crime rate drop, then get rid of the ACLU!

The difference between the 2 is the offender is not charged with defending the public safty, the cop is. |
