Judge: Joshua Sheleya s arrest legal

Josh was trying to proctect his brother. I'm not saying that what he did was right or that his arrest was legal or not, I don't know what the police's motives were. Maybe they arrested him because they didn't want Nick to contact him for more help. But noone knows what they would have done had someone they were close to come to you for help in a situation like this...

I know Josh and Nick very well. I grew up with Nick, played football with him for 3 years, we are the same age and Josh is or atleast was a good freind of my sister becasue they were the same age and we all ran around together. I have since moved and we lost touch over the years, but from what I know of them, they have been unbelievably nice people...until they started doing drugs. I think that they have ruined their name in Sterlind anf Rock Falls and the police, whether youd like to admit it or not, are crooked as hell in those two towns. I think the entire thing is a joke. They most likely followed him around and for all we know, just stopped to hassle him. Plus, getting him out of the picture so he couldn't help his brother at all couldn't hurt either. This is a little off topic, but go to judici.com and look at josh and nicks arrest records and tell me that they ween't "people of interest" in everything from murder, robbery, to someone slipping on a banana peel....the Illinois justice system, Whiteside county Illinois in particular, needs a massive housecleaning...starting with the judges' golf partner, Gary Spencer. Their a joke.

I know the judges, I know the cops, and I know Gary Spencer. And trust me, there's a reason the Sheleys have a bad name, and it's NOT a government conspiracy against them. They have earned every bit of suspicion that's ever come their way. Keep in mind, one became a mass murderer, and the other helped him get away with it. Real angels, huh. As for the judges playing golf with Spencer, that's about as lame an excuse as "I do good in school, but my teacher just hates me".
