Third lawsuit filed in Ill. oil well fire
29 west of Crossville. The blast killed two workers and injured four others. Brad Cunningham, an Illinois Department of Natural Resources oil well inspector, was badly burned in the blast, and filed suit April 24 in White County Circuit Court at Carmi.
