2A woman using profanity and racial slurs, caused problems inside the Waukesha Public Library, 321 Wisconsin Ave., at 8:52 p.m. April 3. 3A woman called police twice within four hours, once at 1:05 a.m. and again at 5:05 a.m. April 4 in the 200 block of Arcadian Ave. because she feels her neighbors are "out to get her" and "harm her."
