Gibbons budget cut proposal questioned
“It would equal a reduction of $434.89 for each of the 433,885 students currently enrolled in Nevada this school year”
Republican Gov. Jim Gibbons' directive to Nevada government agencies to produce budget cut plans of up to 14 percent is being questioned by the state Assembly's Democratic speaker and by top educators. via Reno Gazette-Journal
