Brian J. Collins, 34, of Frewsburg was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for speeding Sunday after a traffic stop on Frew Run Road around 4:50 p.m. Collins was taken into custody, processed and released to a third party with an appearance ticket returnable in Carroll Town Court later.

The Warren County Commissioners voted Wednesday to re-allocate stimulus money from a pending project to one that is more "shovel-ready."
