Wanted Man Located and Arrested Minutes After 911 Call

County Central Dispatch gave a radio broadcast to local and state officers requesting they attempt to locate a Vermillion County man wanted for questioning in a protective order violation that had just occurred at a local Terre Haute business on east Wabash Avenue.

Two vehicle collision kills one driver

VERMILLION CO., Ind. - This morning at 10:39, Indiana State Police troopers and Vermillion County emergency agencies responded to a two-vehicle crash on State Road 163 that involved a pickup truck, multi-purpose school bus from the South Vermillion School Corporation and ultimately led to the death of an elderly Clinton woman.
