Census estimates show growth for Houston, Bibb counties but losses for Baldwin and Twiggs

Despite a tough economy, growth in Houston County has continued at about the same pace as a decade ago, and Bibb County saw a relatively large population surge when compared to the previous 10 years.

Twiggs, Butler receive state loans for water and sewer improvements
