Cadiz resident Tim Futrell raised concerns during last Tuesday's Cadiz-Trigg County Planning Commission meeting that improper backfilling after a 2012 fire that destroyed buildings at 44 and 46 Main Street led to his health problems and damage to his building at 50 Main Street.
