One Man Dead After Motorcycle Accident

A Tioga County Pennsylvania man is dead after a motorcycle accident Tuesday. Pennsylvania State Police in Mansfield say 28 year old Jeffrey Hutcheson of Tioga was killed after failing to negotiate a right curve off State Route 8005 in Tioga.
