Tehama County Board to vote on state loan

The Tehama County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to convene at 10 a.m. today to vote whether to loan $1.3 million in property taxes to the state and whether to accept $151,000 in stimulus funding for the Community Action Agency and open up a public hearing on the county housing element through Nov.
