Tate Homeowners Seek Flooding Relief

Fed stimulus won't offset state cuts, schools say

Leaders in Mississippi's most distressed school districts said Wednesday they don't expect millions of federal stimulus dollars will offset all of the budget cuts they must make this fall, mostly because the funds have spending requirements that may not allow it.
