Man dies after being hit by tractor trailer in Taliaferro Co.

TALIAFERRO CTY., Ga. -- Taliaferro County Sheriff Marc Richards says a 25-year-old man was killed in an accident early Wednesday morning.

GHSA agrees to FPD appeal

The Georgia High School Associations reclassification committee tentatively voted to move FPD from Region 7 to Region 4. FPD will now be grouped in Region 4-A with Brookstone, Pacelli, Greenville, Central-Talbotton, Dooly County, Hawkinsville, Marion County and Schley County.
