NCDOT to begin I-77 repaving in Surry County

The N.C. Department of Transportation will begin work on a paving rehabilitation project along Interstate 77 near Mount Airy on April 22. NCDOT crews will begin the project with full-depth patching operations along the four-mile stretch of road, followed by milling and replacing the road surface.
