Man charged in death of ex-wife

A Deer Park man has been charged with aggravated first-degree murder and sexually violating human remains in the death of his ex-wife. Spokane County prosecutors brought the charges Thursday against 47-year-old Duane Starbuck in the death of his 42-year-old wife Chanin Starbuck.
