3 weeks; 3 teen deaths; O seat belts worn
The death of a 15-year-old Oklahoma boy who was a passenger in a vehicle in Sherman County last week capped a deadly three-week span for teenagers on Panhandle roads.
During the regular meeting of the North Plains Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors, Management and General Counsel gave an update on preparations for the upcoming hearing before the Texas Water Development Board .
