Stratford High School senior David Acosta spent an afternoon of spring break 2011 standing with four other people alongside a road in Mexico thinking he was going to be killed.

Cactus Police and Texas Rangers arrested a 17-year-old former Stratford High School student on a terroristic threat charge Friday afternoon after students reported that he threatened to "shoot up the school," Department of Public Safety Trooper Gabriel Medrano said.
