By Lindsay Noce Staff Writer BRADFORD - Bradford Exempted Village Board of Education held a special session Wednesday introducing the new superintendent, David Warvel of Minster, who signed a three-year contract with the board.

BOTKINS Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol were busy early this morning handling a crash on Interstate 75 in northern Shelby County.
