6-Year-Old Killed, Teen Driver Hurt In Crash
A 6-year-old has died, the victim of crash in Seward County. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol online report, the boy, Eduardo Moreno, was in the car with a 15-year-old driver who was headed west on a county road just outside Liberal, about 15 minutes before midnight last night.
