In a surprise announcement late Wednesday night, 2011 Albany Herald John Reynolds Player of the Year Chris Brown of Seminole County decides to go ahead and sign with Middle Tennessee State, rather than waiting on offers from schools such as Auburn and Georgia Tech who started to show serious interest late in the recruitment process.
