Changes Come to Ross Sheriff Office

A few changes have been made in the Ross County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff George Lavender told Clear Channel News Monday morning that Colonel T.J. Hollis has been reclassified as "chief deputy", which makes him the Lavender's second-in-command.

Roman Boothe, the son of longtime Ross County residents David and Clare Boothe, has established himself as one of the best lacrosse players in southeast Georgia as the 10th grader from Johns Creek High School was named a 2014 Brine National High School All-American and selected to play in the 2014 Brine National Lacrosse Classic.
