Woman pleas no contest to charge of killing teen pedestrian
The 36-year-old driver, who hit and killed a 17-year-old pedestrian in Roscommon County, has pleaded no contest to her charge on Aug 18. Heather Parks was charged with a moving violation causing death which is a misdemeanor.
