According to the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics, the averages from the fourth quarter of 2012 through the third quarter of 2013 show that while the U-3 unadjusted unemployment rate for New Hampshire over the 12-month period was 5.3 percent, the U-6 rate was 11.0 percent.
