Teacher with dementia sentenced to 10 years in prison over sibling's death
A 79-year-old former teacher who has been diagnosed with dementia has been sentenced to 10 years in prison in the Rockcastle County traffic death of his 83-year-old sister, deputy circuit court clerk Renita Blanton said Monday.
