The Commission on Judicial Selection has recommended Robert Docherty, Patrick Rohland and Mark Ullery to fill the opening created when Judge John Rodenberg was appointed to the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Following four to six inches of rain that fell in the Cottonwood River basin over the past few days, the National Weather Service forecast the river to reach flood stage this morning and crest at 11.3 feet Wednesday evening.
