Blount County judge's ruling paves way for Oneonta alcohol vote
A judge on Friday paved the way for a vote on whether alcohol sales should be allowed in Oneonta , and possibly other Blount County towns, when he struck down a portion of a 2009 state law that he said unconstitutionally excluded the city from holding such a referendum.
