Woodland man dies in vehicle collision in Randolph County

RANDOLPH COUNTY, Ala. - Alabama State Troopers are investigating a fatal vehicle collision that happened Friday night around 6:30 p.m. Billy Ray Gilley, 19 of Woodland, was killed when his vehicle left the roadway and overturned on Alabama 48 at the 29 mile marker.
