EATON, Ohio -- Robert 'Bob' Clark and wife Mary were among the many fans disappointed by the cancellation of the Foreigner concert last week at the Preble County Fair.

I don't know, but as a former Fair Board Member in Ohio, I think I would be trying to get the people their money back before the Law Suits broke the Fair Board, this is a no brainer, the ticket says Rian, or Shine. Case closed, pay the people.

I did, Thanks, but I was one of the lucky ones who did not buy a ticket in advance.(I was going to, and forgot)

And it looks like in my normal hurry, I did not spell Rain correctly. But the Fair Board better start paying out, this can get ugly quick.
