Inmate who escaped from state prison is captured

Authorities have captured an inmate who escaped from the minimum-security North Unit at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Florence. State Department of Corrections officials say 20-year-old Yelson Moreno was discovered missing at 11 a.m. Sunday after he escaped by cutting a hole in a perimeter fence.
