Phones out at Pima County's Animal Care Center

A thunderstorm knocked out phone service at the Pima County Animal Care Center. Officials are asking people to call 911 to report emergencies, dog attacks or injured animals, a news release said.. People who think their pet is lost are asked to go to the center.
