NJ man heads to trial in woman's death in Pike County
A New Jersey man charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence had his charges bound over for trial after a two-hour preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Jay Rose, Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin said.
