West Virginia Votes

“One of the changes this year is that if a person is registered non-partisan, no party, they can request a Democrat or Republican ballot. Before they were only able to request a Republican ballot, and not Democrat, so that has changed, ”

The Pendleton County Clerk said that they had more than 400 early voters, so they're expecting a large turnout today as well. via WHSV-TV Harrisonburg
