Annual arts festival has added music this year

The ninth annual Art on the Neuse Festival under goes re-branding this year as "Art on the Neuse - Outdoor Arts & Music Festival." It is sponsored by Pamlico County's Arts Council and will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 12 at the Oriental Marina Inn Courtyard along Hodges Street.
