Two men charged with assault in Oswego County

Sean J. Reidy, 23, of 704 Maple Ave., Fulton, and Joseph P. Reidy, 57, same address, were charged with third-degree assault at 11:49 a.m. Saturday at the Fulton state police barracks, 1013 S. First St. The men are accused of attacking Alan R. Charles in the parking lot of Dunkin' Donuts following an argument over money, according to police.
