Henry Schultz-Eggenspiller, 22, and Roberto Cabrera Jr., 46, were arrested in connection with the death of Justin Rogers, 24, on May 11. Police believe the incident began with a drug deal and Schultz-Eggenspiller and Cabrera were indicted only on drug charges.
